Peak Performers has partnered with a managed care organization to assist in their search for a Business Analyst 2. In this contract position you will support the growth and compliance of critical Medi-Cal programs including Transitional Rent, Enhanced Care Management (ECM), Justice-Involved (JI), and Closed Loop Referrals (CLR). This role is essential for ensuring timely file validations, accurate reporting, and operational continuity.
Major Duties
Manage and validate data files for ECM, JI, and Transitional Rent programs
Own monthly ECM/CS JSON reporting to DHCS, including CLR integration
Provide operational and partner-facing support for ECM referrals and CDCR workflows
Respond to internal and external data inquiries, discrepancies, and reporting requests
Develop and execute UAT for program implementations and file exchanges
Establish contingency workflows when automation is delayed
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree
Data validation, reporting, and file processing (Excel, flat files, JSON)
Experience with MediCal programs.
Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, program teams, and external partners.
Knowledge of UAT and data validation processes
About This Position
Rate: $34.95/jr
Days/ Hours: Monday-Friday
Contract Length: 12 months
