The Sales Enablement Specialist will align with WTW's broader technology strategy and manage training requirements for our sales tools required by segment and business. This role will partner closely with the champions and business to improve the overall best practices in our internal/external sales tools, provide proactive training, manage training materials and monitor the adoption of tools across associated sales processes. This role will foster growth and effective decision making by understanding and improving the comprehensive sales technology ecosystem and managing the training of best practices within the utilization of our sales tools.

The Role
Work closely with business stakeholders, including business sales leaders and end-users to understand their needs and primary requirements in a sales tool platform
Collaborate with the sales data maintenance team to support proactive insights within Dynamics CRM, address data accuracy, and assess completeness of best practices
Work with Sales Tools Lead to ensure business training documentation and communications are kept up to date
Manage and distribute training and communications across sales tools to ensure a cohesive approach in bringing WTW's various solutions together (where appropriate)
Collaborate with tech. team to communicate the businesses' needs and refine requirements/enhancements within WTW's sales tools
Inform and educate business sales leaders, business champions and end users on the strategies, priorities, and scope of sales tools projects
Monitor utilization reports to identify opportunities to address data inaccuracy and/or influence behavior change and manage plans to address best practices or data concern
Ensure internal stakeholders are well informed of upcoming changes, IT manages technical issues, and that common questions are addressed via training and FAQs
Stay informed on improvements within the current suite of sales tools and new tools/technology to support business needs
Participate in UAT to validate business enhancement requirements and bug resolution
Ensure effective adoption and communication strategies to client-facing colleagues and business leaders
Support Sales Tools & Analytics Lead to manage the execution strategy of sales tools within WTW

Candidate must be willing to support US, UK, and Europe business hours as needed

Compensation And Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $67,000-$73,000 USD.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
