You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the successful delivery of billing solutions.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Guidewire BillingCenter.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment on functional specifications.
Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories or functional specifications.
Support testing activities, including test case development, execution, and defect triage.
Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, design reviews, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide subject matter expertise on Guidewire BillingCenter functionality and best practices.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and delivery timelines.
Support change management and training activities as needed.

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience as a Business Analyst working on Guidewire BillingCenter (GW Billing).
In-depth understanding of billing lifecycle: invoicing, payments, write-offs, adjustments, etc.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
