Job Summary

:As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users, ensuring the reliability and smooth operation of desktop environments, telephony, network services, and peripheral systems. You’ll be part of a global IT team dedicated to maintaining high service standards, minimizing downtime, and supporting the growing technological needs of the company

Key Responsibilitie

  • s:Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktop hardware, operating systems, and common application
  • s.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, telephony, and network issue
  • s.Respond to and manage IT support tickets promptly and professionall
  • y.Provide on-site and remote support for users, including VPN access and remote tool
  • s.Handle IT asset tracking and inventory management, including laptops, desktops, monitors, and mobile device
  • s.Set up and maintain workstations, network cabling, and peripherals with a focus on cable management and accessibilit
  • y.Support onboarding/offboarding processes: account setup, permissions, and desk setu
  • p.Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripheral device
  • s.Maintain clear and accurate documentation of support procedures, configurations, and asset assignment
  • s.Collaborate with the IT team to provide 24/5 user support and system monitorin
