Employees work without fixed hours and have complete freedom to work from anywhere.It is inspired by the ROWE strategy and the internal motivation of each individual.Role MissionBuild customer trust to achieve sales objectives.Main ResponsibilitiesManage the Central Zone (Catalonia, Levante, and Northern Spain).Develop clients in the pharmaceutical sector by identifying needs and offering tailored solutions.Technical sales of specialized products for clean rooms, material transfer, and accessories for isolators and RABS.Conduct commercial activities: phone calls, visits, project follow-ups, and technical inquiries.Product management: gradually take on the role of Product Manager, establishing relationships with suppliers, defining prices, and organizing training.Training and events: prepare and present workshops, presentations, and publications in collaboration with the marketing department.Collaborate with commercial administration, supply chain, and marketing teams to provide support.Profile RequirementsEducation: Degree in health sciences (chemistry, biology, pharmacy, biomedicine, biochemistry, microbiology, or similar).
Product knowledge is less important, but a solid educational background that enables learning is required.Experience: 3-4 years in pharmaceutical sales and/or experience in clean rooms.Industry Knowledge: Pharmaceutical industry and contamination control.
