  • Own the architecture of lead generation systems with minimal human touchpoints
  • Lead the implementation of enrichment, qualification, and scoring logic
  • Build SOPs and documentation to standardize and scale the team’s workflows
  • Evaluate and deploy automation tools (e.g., scraping, enrichment, CRM workflows, Zapier/Make)
  • Collaborate with the BDR and Sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoffs and feedback loops
  • Hire, train, and mentor a team of sourcing specialists and automation assistants
  • Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and iterate on strategies to increase conversion rates
  • Maintain clean, actionable data and lead pipelines inside our CRM
  • Report regularly to leadership on metrics, team performance, and growth opportunities

  • Excellent understanding of B2B sales funnels and targeting strategies
  • Strong leadership, management, and team coaching skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute operationally
  • Bonus: Background in building automations with Make, Zapier, or custom workflows
  • Available 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
  • You have a fast laptop, solid internet, and thrive in remote environments

Equal Opportunity Statement:

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary and bonus opportunities
  • Room for career growth and results-based pay increases
  • Highly interactive, challenging work with a talented, diverse, passionate team
