Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm Eastern

Are you a driven real estate professional with a passion for deal-making and direct seller engagement? We’re looking for a sharp, self-motivated Acquisitions Specialist to join our growing team!

In this role, you'll take the lead on sourcing and negotiating property acquisitions—from that first cold call all the way to a signed contract. You’ll be analyzing deals for profitability, making real-time offers to motivated sellers, and working with top tools like Hubspot CRM and Propstream to manage and track your pipeline.



Scope: 

  • Handle complete acquisition process from lead to contract
  • Work directly with business owner
  • Manage assigned territory and lead lists
  • Access to company CRM and property research tools
  • Performance-based bonus structure on top of base compensation
  • Direct reporting to business owner

Responsibilities:
  • Contact potential sellers through cold calling and lead follow-up
  • Negotiate purchase agreements directly with property owners
  • Analyze deals for profitability and market fit
  • Make real-time offers to motivated sellers
  • Handle the complete acquisition process from initial contact to contract
  • Manage leads through Hubspot CRM
  • Source and qualify potential deals using Propstream
  • Process Pay-Per-Lead (PPL) opportunities as the program expands
  • Maintain detailed records of all seller interactions
  • Track and report on key acquisition metrics

Requirements
  • Previous experience in real estate acquisition or wholesaling
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to analyze property values and deal economics
  • Excellent phone communication abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and real estate software
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Experience with cold calling and lead management
  • Ability to work within US time zones
