We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with deep understanding of management principles, bright organizational and analytical abilities.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in IT Project Management
Planning and Estimations
- Proven experience in long-term project planning and high-level estimations of timelines and resources
- Proven capability in sprint planning, with skills in experience-based task estimation (man-hours and story points)
- Demonstrated ability, based on experience, to achieve sprint goals within timeframes using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Client Communication
- Proficient in delivering regular, clear project reports to clients, ensuring transparency, and managing expectations
- Skilled at clarifying client requirements and translating them into actionable high-level deliverables
- Experienced in scope prioritization and aligning project deliverables to meet client needs
- Excellent presentation and demo skills, effectively communicating project progress and milestones to clients
Team Problem Solving and Communication
- Strong communicator who fosters open dialogue and collaboration within the project team
- Skilled in problem-solving, guiding the team to solutions, and addressing blockers
- Skilled in encouraging inclusivity by listening to team input and feedback
- Skilled in onboarding new team members, aligning the team with organizational goals, ensuring quality control in
project execution, managing team performance, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and providing guidance
and mentorship to team members
Stakeholder Management
- Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders and securing their buy-in
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and gather feedback for project alignment
- Confidence in navigating difficult stakeholder interactions and effectively resolving conflicts
Project Execution and Delivery
- Experience how to meet tight milestones and maintaining quality
- Record of failed timelines and effective management of such situations with the client
- Proven ability to Identify and mitigate risks, adhering to project timelines
- Proven skills to identify accountability and ownership for project outcomes
Continuous Improvement
- Driving process improvements to better align development team workflows with client expectations, aiming for an adaptable and efficient approach that addresses core needs on both sides
- Developing strategies to maximize team productivity and output while adhering to a fixed project budget
- Implementing initiatives to reinvigorate and motivate team members, focusing on career growth and professional development opportunities that encourage engagement, skill enhancement, and sustained team morale.
Language Skills: Advanced/Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English
