Job Description

This dynamic role combines creative social media management with essential virtual assistant duties for a premium beauty services provider. You’ll be instrumental in building the brand’s digital presence while supporting day-to-day operations. Using modern tools like Canva and various social media platforms, you’ll create engaging content that educates and attracts potential clients while maintaining smooth administrative operations. Responsibilities
  • Design and create engaging Instagram content, including educational carousels and promotional posts
  • Develop professional client aftercare materials using Canva
  • Manage and organize digital assets through Google Drive
  • Handle daily administrative tasks and email communications
  • Create compelling social media content explaining various cosmetic procedures
  • Process and optimize client photos and videos for social media use
  • Generate performance reports on advertising and conversion metrics (after initial 6-month period)
  • Maintain clear communication with management, providing daily updates by 5 PM

Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management, particularly Instagram
  • Proficiency with Canva and content creation tools
  • Strong administrative and organizational capabilities
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with beauty industry terminology preferred
