Human Resource Manager for Digital Marketing Sector Work from Home

As HR Manager, you’ll be a key partner in shaping our workforce strategy, fostering an inclusive and engaged workplace, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. You’ll lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and DEI initiatives while aligning HR goals with our organizational mission. Our total workforce is 300 plus and spans different countries, with a majority in Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, reducing time-to-hire to meet business needs.
Design onboarding and training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Oversee performance management, compensation, and benefits to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
Foster a positive workplace through conflict resolution, employee recognition, and DEI initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain up-to-date HR policies.
Leverage HR analytics to drive data-driven decisions and optimize processes using platforms like Workday or BambooHR.

Qualifications
