  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Job description

Buscamos un/a Technical Project Manager con experiencia en proyectos tecnológicos y pasión por la IA Generativa. Liderarás iniciativas de principio a fin, coordinando equipos técnicos (Data Scientists, ML Engineers, DevOps) y negocio, aplicando metodologías ágiles y tecnologías punteras como AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, LangChain y vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone).

🧠 Requisitos clave

  • +3 años liderando proyectos IT (preferible con IA generativa: LLMs, NLP…)

  • Conocimiento de arquitectura cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Buen manejo de JIRA y metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban)

  • Formación técnica (Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar)

  • Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y orientación a resultados
