Job description

Coperion is currently seeking an Aftermarket Service Coordinator to support our Aftermarket Service group. The Aftermarket Service Coordinator is responsible for creating estimates for customers, processing purchase orders, completing order entry, and working on invoicing orders. They will be required to interface with customers directly to resolve their billing and order issues. They will need to work with SAP, Oracle CRM, and MS Office programs and be able to communicate in a professional manner both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update Service schedule based on customer requests for Ktron group.
  • Work closely with in-office Ktron Service team to coordinate schedules, estimates, and invoicing.
  • Work closely with the Ktron finance team to overcome invoicing issues.
  • Work with Ktron customers to deliver estimates, work on scheduling, and discuss invoicing issues if needed.
  • Complete order entry processing for CPS Service Department.
  • Communicate with customers and internal departments via Outlook, Teams, and remote meetings.
  • Work with the Repair Center to help process their RMAs and create estimates for their team.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

  • High School Diploma.
  • 2-3 year’s Aftermarket/Service experience.
  • Effective computer skills in a CRM system, ERP system, and MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient at planning, scheduling, organizing and decision making
  • SAP experience a plus
