Position Overview:


The Clinical Sales & Application Specialist (CAS-ASE) plays a hybrid role that combines technical application support with strategic sales responsibilities. This individual will drive the adoption of Circle’s cardiac imaging software through pre- and post-sales activities, customer training, software support, and relationship management. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and possess strong knowledge of cardiac imaging modalities such as MRI, CT, EP, and structural heart.


 General Responsibilities:

  • Product training to customers and business partners.
  • Pre-sales product demonstrations online, at congresses and on-site at hospitals.
  • Establishing and managing customer relationships.
  • Supporting educational partnerships with key-opinion leaders and training centers.
  • Acquire good product knowledge and keeping up-to-date with developments in the cardiac imaging field.
  • Setting up documentation for pre or post customer training, such as quick guides, presentations, tutorials, turning customer into power-users, etc.
  • Provide customer feedback to the development team.
  • Documentation of all customer contacts via Circle’s CRM platform, SFDC.
  • Remote installation and configuration of Circle software, on-site visits as necessary and or in conjunction with Circle’s IT Sales Support team.
  • Remote technical support to solve customer questions.
  • Identify and engage new prospects within the cardiology industry, focusing on Circle’s core solutions.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, employing a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and match them with our software solutions.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Demand Generation Manager to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration.
  • Develop and present customized presentations and demonstrations to highlight product benefits, tailored to the specific needs of each prospect.
  • Navigate complex sales environments, engaging with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers to secure contracts.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor in their decision-making process.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, providing regular sales forecasts and market feedback to the sales management team.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to continuously refine sales strategies.
  • True regular in-person meetings, foster and maintain relationships with clients across the NHS and in the Benelux, acting as a trusted advisor in their decision-making process. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Customize product presentations to highlight value based on client needs.
  • Partner with marketing to align on demand generation strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with key decision-makers (clinicians, IT, CIOs).
  • Represent Circle at trade shows, site visits, and regular client meetings.
  • Achieve/exceed sales quotas and provide market feedback to sales leadership.
  • Support educational partnerships with key opinion leaders and training centers.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and customer goals.
  • Conduct product training (in-person and virtual) for customers and business partners.
  • Deliver pre-sales product demonstrations at congresses, webinars, and hospital sites.
  • Set up and support software installations and upgrades (remotely and onsite).
  • Provide ongoing customer technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Develop user-friendly documentation: quick guides, tutorials, training materials.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to the development team.
  • Log all customer interactions in Circle’s CRM (SFDC).
  • Identify and engage prospects in the cardiology and imaging markets.

 Required Skills/Experience:

  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Strong background in cardiac imaging (MRI, CT, EP, or SHD).
  • Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven success in medical software sales and customer engagement.
  • Strategic, consultative sales mindset with a focus on value delivery.
  • Comfortable interacting with clinical and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and organized.
  • Able to travel approximately 60%
