Position Overview:
The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services: RTX has an opening for a Business Partner Lead position.
The Business Partner Leader is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Business Partners in our new S/4 landscape.
This role’s primary responsibilities will include S4/4 Hana Business Partner Solution delivery, Team Leadership, Stakeholder Management and communication across the organization. The leader will work closely with various business units and technical teams to implement and optimize data maintenance practices, ensuring that the Business Partner design aligns with enterprise data strategies and business objectives.
What You Will Do:
- Data Solution Delivery:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of the Business Partner solution within the S/4 Hana platform, ensuring best practices in data quality, integrity, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet enterprise data management goals.
- Ensure that technical standards are consistently applied across the SAP S/4 platform to support data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of data governance professionals, including platform administrators, developers, and data stewards.
- Provide guidance and direction on platform development, project execution, and day-to-day operations.
- Foster a collaborative environment, promoting professional development, innovation, and a strong culture of data governance excellence.
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
- Act as the primary technical liaison between business users, data stewards, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on data governance priorities.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to promote platform adoption and data governance awareness across the organization.
- Data Quality & Compliance:
- Implement data quality monitoring and reporting tools within the SAP MDG platform, ensuring that data governance metrics are tracked and reported effectively.
- Collaborate with compliance and security teams to ensure that the platform adheres to data privacy regulations and security standards, such as GDPR or industry-specific requirements.
- Partner with all Business representatives on data quality, data cleansing and data migration activities.
- Lead initiatives to continuously improve data quality, identifying and resolving data-related issues across master data domains.
- Provide weekly status reports and lead work sessions with Business representatives.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, best practices, and SAP S/4 Hana updates.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
- 10+ years’ experience in SAP O2C or SAP S2P related business processes (Contracts, Orders, Delivery, Billing, Collections both Government and Commercial)
- 10+ years experience in SAP S/4 HANA Sales and SAP ECC Sales and Distribution modules or SAP Procurement
- 5+ years experience with requirement gathering, process workflow creations, user story dispositions and handling RAID items.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of MDG, SAP BW and Data
- SAP certifications in S/4 Hana Sales, MDG or other related areas.

This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed
The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
