We’re expanding our provider network and are seeking passionate, independently licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who are ready to make a difference in the lives of youth.

About the Role: 

We are looking for Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner's to provide teletherapy services to students across Arizona. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care while collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure student success.

We are currently working with the following license types: PMHNP

What You’ll Do

  • Provide psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management to youth (we will not be providing controlled substance medication management at this time)
  • Collaborate with school counselors, therapists, and families to provide wraparound care.
  • Deliver care via secure telehealth platform.
  • Support Daybreak’s mission to make quality youth mental health care accessible and equitable.
