About the Role
InMarket is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is looking to deepen their experience while growing their career in HR. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of HR, the Sr. HR Generalist will also contribute to operational projects and process documentation in collaboration with the wider People Ops team and other cross-functional teams. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to be agile and adapt amidst changing priorities. An ideal candidate will have experience using data and process to drive decision making, and must be comfortable navigating ambiguity.

For candidates in California, Colorado, and New York City, the Targeted Base Salary Range for this role is $86,375 to $102,751.
Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to work experience, specialized skills and training, performance in role, business needs, and job requirements. Base salary is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Base salary is just one component of InMarket’s total rewards package that also may include bonus, equity, and benefits.
