Our client is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support their dynamic travel agency team. Their company is a leader in the Latin American travel industry, known for crafting personalized travel experiences and achieving consistent growth over the past few years. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves travel and thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Manage and follow up on emails, WhatsApp messages, and other communications.
Schedule calls, meetings, and appointments efficiently.
Assist with travel-related tasks, including booking hotels, tours, and car rentals (experience is a plus).
Maintain organized calendars and ensure timely follow-ups.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners.
Fluency in Spanish (primary) and basic English proficiency.
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Passion for travel and familiarity with the travel industry.
Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Familiarity with Amadeus GDS is a big plus (but not required).
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Part-time position (9 AM - 1 PM, Costa Rica time zone).
