Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support their dynamic travel agency team. Their company is a leader in the Latin American travel industry, known for crafting personalized travel experiences and achieving consistent growth over the past few years. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves travel and thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage and follow up on emails, WhatsApp messages, and other communications.

  • Schedule calls, meetings, and appointments efficiently.

  • Assist with travel-related tasks, including booking hotels, tours, and car rentals (experience is a plus).

  • Maintain organized calendars and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners.



Requirements
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Spanish (primary) and basic English proficiency.

  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Passion for travel and familiarity with the travel industry.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

  • Familiarity with Amadeus GDS is a big plus (but not required).

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
