This is a remote position.

Role Name: Real Estate Cold Calling Specialist

Schedule:

  • 40 hours a week - 9am to 6pm Chicago time, Monday to Friday

Client Timezone: Central Time (Chicago)


Join a dynamic wholesale real estate business where you'll play a crucial role in identifying and securing potential property deals through strategic cold calling. As our dedicated Cold Calling Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact with property owners, using your persuasive communication skills to uncover opportunities in the Chicago real estate market. This role offers excellent growth potential with performance-based incentives, allowing you to directly impact the business's success while developing your skills in real estate sales and negotiation.


Scope:

  • 40 hours/week, 8 hours per day + 1 hour unpaid break

  • Working with lists of approximately 1,000+ contacts, with additional lists available

  • Performance-based commission structure for closed deals

  • Remote work position

  • Regular reporting on call metrics and lead generation

  • Direct communication with business owner for strategy and updates




Responsibilities
:

  • Make outbound calls to property owners from provided lead lists

  • Research and reference recent property sales in target areas for pricing comparisons

  • Identify potential sellers and gauge interest in cash offers

  • Track and document all call outcomes and potential leads

  • Send contracts to interested property owners

  • Meet daily calling metrics and performance indicators

  • Generate qualified leads for property acquisitions



Requirements


  • Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing preferred

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Ability to handle rejection professionally

  • Basic understanding of real estate terminology

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and phone software

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
