Your mission:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrative Supportto join our team. As such you will be dealing with:

Contract Management & Employee Documentation
Applying the German labor law principles in day-to-day operations (e.g., disciplinary actions, terminations, compliance with legal requirements)
Providing internal support to HR Managers on legal matters
Maintaining and updating employee records and personnel files in Personio (our HR Software)
Administering roles and permissions within Personio and supporting applicant tracking and onboarding processes
Creating reference letters in compliance with legal requirements
Assisting with general phone and written correspondence, e.g., with health insurance providers, insurance companies, and government offices
General administrative duties including assisting with payroll preparation; managing employee absences, sick leaves and vacation requests; supporting internal HR projects and events

Your talent:

Completed training or degree with a focus on Human Resources, Administration, or a related field
Experience in HR administration and a strong understanding of German labor law
Proficiency in using HR software (ideally Personio)
Ideally, experience in payroll preparation
Excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail
Fluency in German, at least C1 level
