Project Scope As part of the global roll-out of SAP Ariba worldwide, our client is looking for “ARIBA Change Manager / Project Manager” to ensure that the SAP Ariba Downstream implementation across a number of our business units :

• Experience level: 7 to 18 Yrs experience in SAP ARIBA

Responsibilities • Change management experience in ARIBA implementation in at least 2 end to end implementation experience for Global rollouts

• Conduct Training in ARIBA P2P process.

• Ensure adaptability of solution in Downstream Procurement process

• Local project management (where required)

• Ensure successful go-live for ARIBA Downstream process, E2E

• Meet set deliverables for Change Mgt, Data, Testing, Training, Go-live, Support

• Prepare documentation and user manuals

• Set KPI’s for local procurement teams

• Suppliers training in ARIBA portal

• Propose downstream quarterly success measurements reports
