Job description

Role: Technical Support Engineer
Exp: 1 to 5 Y
Notice Period: immediate to 15 days
Location: Hyderabad

JD:
Expert in providing technical support for product test engineering team particularly in cellular phones domain.
This position requires a strong functional understanding of general test equipment used in mobile test industry and Mobile HW architecture.
Should be able to debug, Board rework (SMD / SOIC packages / 0201, 00501 component level rework) & recover HW (test devices) for engineering team.
Should possess networking knowledge & experience of install modify and deploy software/hardware tools and applications as needed.
Good Knowledge on lab/rack setup bring up, troubleshooting, RF cable making and technical support.
Good knowledge on Linux and windows OS.
Basic understanding of CDMA/GSM/WCDMA/LTE/5G call processing and network architecture is essential.
Experience on OEM/ODM Base stations installation and commissioning on will be added advantage.
Familiar with lab processes and inventory management skills.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comments for Suppliers: Relevant Experience level would be 1 to 5 years. Looking for immediate joiner.
