We are currently seeking candidates with 6 months to 1 year of ICC Experience (Grad/UG) who can handle customer queries with good CS and Tech support skills. The ideal candidate should have a customer-oriented mindset, be able to adapt and respond to different types of queries, and be adaptable to change. If you bring proven customer support experience as a Client Service Representative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage teams effectively, we want to hear from you.
