Job Description:

Design and develop software applications for cutting edge surveillance (CCTV) and infotainment systems using web services, MY SQL databases, TCP/IP stacks, socket programming.
Develop other software for customised hardware solutions using C++, HTML with QT IDE.
Lead a team of 2 engineers ensuring overall product development.
Decipher customer specifications and break it into a software requirement document for the team.
Design and implement complex software components, Libraries, Tools and subsystems including object-oriented analysis and design, drafting design documentation and planning and conducting integrations and component tests.
Support the design of the architectural concepts and basic framework of the product.
Ensure a smooth transition from the product's concept phase to maturity phase.
Provide technical solutions to complex problems.
Participate in code reviews, software planning and estimating activities.
Lead Responsibility Solving Customer/Internal defects, Planning, execution and making FW releases.
Mentor/guide junior members of the team
Provide efficient solutions to the problems faced by customers, project engineers and the team.

Qualifications:

MCA/B.Tech in Electronics/IT/Computers.

Experience:

Minimum 6+ years of experience in design and development.
At Least 4+ years experience in creating GUI applications using Qt, QML/QtQuick.

Skills:

Highly skilled in C++, OOPS, Object oriented design and analysis, Multithreading (POSIX).
Should have experience in cross compiling for linux and yocto
Expert level knowledge in Algorithms and data structures.
Good knowledge of verification methodologies; Use of software development tools, such as compilers, interpreters, programming editors, debuggers, source code control, defect management.
Good exposure in Test Processes and Software Testing methodologies.
Exposure with Video capturing, IOT based communication protocols, TCP/IP networking protocols.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, debugging skills & interpretation skills
Exposure to change management / configuration management, bug tracking tools
Expert in coding, debugging and optimization.
Must be able and flexible to work well under changing priorities in a high energy and demanding environment.
Goal oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and team player.
