Provide excellent customer support to all staff on the use of the Year Up data systems and applications Manage a knowledge base system i.e. FAQs, How To Guides Gain an understanding of Year Up business processes and where the tools are used Provision new users and maintain access permissions settings Manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes Leverage understanding of the Salesforce.com data model to determine how and when to create custom objects vs. using Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality Provide day-to-day support and guidance to end users to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com, as well as other connected application systems Train and mentor Tier-1 support team members Assist staff in analyzing and utilizing data Assist staff with changing parameters in reports Import and export data as needed Manage dashboards, views, reports in Salesforce standard and custom objects. Contribute to increasing data quality.
