Job description

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:
Collaborate with clients to understand their current and future needs, proposing suitable products, services, and upgrades to maintain and enhance revenue.
Act as the primary interface between clients and the organization, ensuring optimal service levels and actively participating in clients' strategic business planning.

Business Development:
Identify and secure new business through various sales techniques.
Work with internal teams to accomplish tasks associated with retaining major/key/named client accounts.

Sales Activities:
Conduct sales presentations, and demonstrations, and prepare account and opportunity plans.
Coordinate the preparation of proposals, tenders, and contracts.

Relationship Building:
Build and nurture relationships with partners/vendors, identifying areas of mutual interest to maintain strong business connections.
