Role and Responsibilities

The Relationship Management role involves engaging with customers through various means, including meetings, video calls, and tele calls. The candidate will be responsible for managing the C category book of 2-3 branches, which will encompass approximately 1000 to 1500 customers. This will involve cross-selling and deepening relationships with customers by offering asset, liability, and third-party investment products, including HL, LAP, CL, PL, GL, WC, CV, CA, SATD, LI, GI Trinity, and MF. The candidate will be expected to work closely with respective teams on LI, GI, KSEC, IC, and Asset for timely conversion of business opportunities, achieve sales targets, handling customer service requirements like account opening, Trinity account opening, liability product selling, liability on product features, cheque book insurance and finally ensuring customer stickiness and category upgrade. The candidate should acquire new customers from family households and referrals. Higher NPS scores should also be maintained.

Candidate Qualifications
  • The candidate should have strong relationship management skills and should be able to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is essential to succeed in this role.
  • Bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
