Job description

Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Virtual and Pan-India on-site Support as per requirement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate with the development team to escalate any technical issues that require attention
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use our parking automation products and services
  • Assist clients with system integrations and customizations as per their requirements
  • Analyze client data to identify any areas of improvement and suggest solutions to optimize their experience
  • Providing required reports to clients
  • Collaborate with internal team for other functions
Requirements:
  • BSC in Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Fullstack technologies including Python, and frameworks such as Django
  • Knowledge of deployment on cloud servers like AWS, Digital Ocean etc.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a technical support or customer service capacity
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to work in a rotational shift environment, including weekends and holidays if required
