About the Role

Join as a Contract Billing Specialist and play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for our clients during a key phase of business and systems transformation. In this role, you’ll work closely with contracts to extract key billing and revenue data, navigate multiple systems including Salesforce and our billing platform, and ensure that invoices align with contractual terms. If you’re detail-oriented, love diving into contract details, and want to contribute to seamless operations, this project-based opportunity is for you!

Work hours: Mon-Fri, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST, with potential shift to 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST after training (subject to change upon prior notice)

Work set-up: Remote

What You'll Do

  • Data Entry & accuracy: Inputting contract terms, pricing and billing schedules into the system while verifying accuracy

  • Invoice generation: Process invoices based on contract terms and ensure they align with agreed-upon rates.

  • Reconciliation & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies between contract details & Billing records.

  • Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to clarify billing details and resolve disputes.
