What we're looking for 

Our client, a Mexico-based advertising agency focused on strategic media buying and performance marketing, is seeking a Media Buyer to lead the execution of digital ad campaigns across Meta and other platforms. This role is essential for driving consistent performance, generating actionable insights, and ensuring precision in campaign execution.

 
Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns—primarily on Meta, with some activity on Google.
  • Monitor performance and extract insights from dashboards and reports.
  • Analyze creative performance and campaign patterns to inform decisions.
  • Provide detailed reports and performance summaries for internal use.
  • Collaborate with team leads and founders to implement feedback and meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience, primarily in Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record in campaign optimization and performance reporting.
  • Comfortable working with tools like ClickUp, Excel, and (ideally) Google Analytics.
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and reliable with strong follow-through.
  • Alignment with US Central Time (minimum 5-6 hours overlap required).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Klaviyo and e-commerce email flows.
  • Experience extracting and analyzing data via tools like Looker, Supermetrics, or other dashboards.
  • Understanding of creative asset performance and optimization.
