ABOUT THE POSITION

You will have the opportunity to engage with clients and ensure their satisfaction. We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented professional to support our customer success efforts and enhance our clients' experience.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Client engagement: Actively prospect for new clients and coordinate meetings.
  • Customer understanding: Provide relevant and concise information about the client's case and analyze customer needs and requirements.
  • Support and solution: Assist in projects related to the acquistion of new client channels and resolve issues and complaints. 
  • Innovation and Solution: Take responsibility for defining pathways for the organization, seeking the best solutions for challenges.

THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

  • Major degree in business, customer service or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Professional, volunteer or academic experience with customer experience.
  • Collaborative spirit and the ability to effectively lead projects and work with teams.
  • Innovative vision and adaptability to navigate complex issues.
