HVAC Service Quality Coordinator
REMOTE
12 Months
Pay: $25 per hour

1. Strong Computer Proficiency – Candidates must be highly comfortable working with computers and navigating digital systems with ease.
2. Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft applications is essential, with a particular emphasis on Excel, including the ability to work with formulas, data analysis tools, and spreadsheets efficiently.

What You Will Do:

As the HVAC Service Quality Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HVAC PSA Service Quality Team by driving the success of the Parts and WIP Project. Utilizing NxGen—***’ enterprise system for managing customer data, service operations, and workflow—you will ensure service delivery meets or exceeds established quality standards.
In this role, you will:
• Monitor and analyze service performance using NxGen to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the execution of the Parts and WIP Project by ensuring accurate tracking of materials, work-in-progress, and service milestones.
• Implement quality control measures to enhance service consistency, reduce delays, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with service teams, parts coordinators, and project managers to ensure alignment and timely resolution of service issues.
• Generate reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and passionate about driving operational excellence in a fast-paced service environment.
Requirements:
