Work set schedule - M-F 8 to 5 ET
Must have specific Florida Commercial Title Examiner experience


Description:
Embark on title examination adventures, from simple parcels to complex commercial properties
• Analyze a wide array of records, including mortgages, leases, liens, and more
• Play detective to resolve missing or contradictory information in title documentation
• Craft accurate title commitments and reports that stand up to scrutiny
• Leverage your expertise to provide underwriting interpretations
• Utilize cutting-edge online research tools to stay ahead of the game
You're a self-starter who can hit the ground running.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects with ease, and have a knack for solving complex puzzles.

Skills:
3-5+ years of Florida commercial title examination experience (this is crucial!)
