We’re now hiring a DFW Field Marketing Lead to spearhead local marketing efforts across our growing network of sites in the metroplex. This is a rare opportunity to build and execute hyperlocal campaigns that connect futuristic tech with everyday lives.


What You’ll Do:

As the DFW Field Marketing Lead, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground marketing lead for one of our most strategic markets. You'll be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and demand across multiple sites as we expand throughout DFW.

You’ll work closely with our HQ marketing team, while owning all community-facing initiatives locally. You’ll be a key player in how drone delivery becomes part of everyday life in Texas.


Key Responsibilities:

Local Campaign Execution:

  • Plan and run localized marketing campaigns that drive demand and increase customer adoption at each active site.

Community Engagement:

  • Build and maintain a calendar of local events, town festivals, and sponsorship opportunities. Represent Flytrex at these events
  • Develop relationships with local leaders, businesses, and organizations
  • Foster relationships with local B2B merchants (Restaurants)

Social Media, Influencer & Partnership Marketing:

  • Own all local DFW social media channels - develop content, manage posting, engage with local followers, and report on performance.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage partnerships with local influencers, content creators, and relevant brand collaborators

Street-Level Awareness:

  • Oversee door hanger distribution campaigns and hire/manage part-time associates for on-the-ground marketing
  • Test and iterate physical marketing tactics (flyers, signage, door hangers, pop-up booths)

Customer Engagement Support:

  • Collaborate with customer support and operations to ensure a consistent and delightful customer experience across all touchpoints

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Align regularly with the corporate marketing team to share results, request resources, and maintain brand consistency
  • Track performance of all initiatives and optimize based on what’s working

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of marketing experience, ideally with a focus on local or field marketing
  • Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with social media, community engagement, or event planning
  • Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder
  • Comfortable working independently and on-site across multiple locations in the DFW area
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach - comfortable testing and leading local marketing initiatives, including partnerships with HOAs, PTAs, youth sports leagues, and community organizations.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with food delivery, aviation, or high-growth tech environments
  • Bonus: Experience managing contractors or part-time staff
