The Digital Marketing Intern will primarily contribute to the creation, implementation, and optimization of content for our enterprise social media channels while also assisting with email, SEO, website management, digital video, and analytics projects. This is a unique opportunity for an intern to work across our industry leading Content Growth team helping with creation, promotion, and distribution of content. They will gain hands-on experience assisting the social, email, SEO, and video teams with projects daily.

We are seeking candidates who reside in the Greater Northeast OH only!
 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Sourcing useful, helpful and relevant content to populate our social calendars.
  • Staying up to date with digital marketing best practices.
  • Creating engaging social media posts for multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok & X) that speak to our target audiences.
  • Working with our internal design team to create graphics to share across social channels.
  • Creating and editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.  
  • Monitoring channel activity and assisting with community management across platforms.
  • Analyzing social media performance metrics and trends to help develop new strategies for increasing engagement.
  • Auditing Cleveland Clinic branded accounts and creating compliance reports.
  • Experimenting with new tools and technology.
  • Brainstorming and researching new ideas for cross-platform content.
  • Assisting with SEO keyword monitoring, reporting and optimization.
  • Completing website edits as assigned.
  • Supporting the email marketing team with administrative tasks.
  • Working with the analytics team to build out reporting dashboards.

The ideal caregiver is someone who: 

  • Is a recent graduate or college student pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field. 
  • Has a passion for social media and is interested in growing their digital marketing knowledge base. 
  • Has excellent multitasking, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.  
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic.  

Physical Requirements:

  • Requires occasional computer entry, sitting, standing and walking to attend meetings.
  • Normal or corrected vision, hearing and speech.

Personal Protective Equipment:
