Key Responsibilities

  • Solutions Strategy:
    • Create an overall strategy for tech enablement that supports the larger skilling strategy across the company.
    • Lead the integration of skilling assessments, tools, and vendor platforms with our current technology infrastructure.
    • Ensure compatibility and smooth functionality across tech platforms.
    • Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to understand functionality and develop creative solutions to meet business needs.
    • Integrate process requirements with solution requirements to ensure a cohesive and efficient skilling strategy.
    • Direct the integration of skilling strategy content into necessary technology solutions.
  • Vendor Coordination:
    • Assess vendors and their products for alignment with business needs.
    • Collaborate with vendors to implement and optimize their platforms for enhanced capabilities to serve a skills-based organization.
    • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Skilling Data Intelligence Coordination: 
    • Oversee the collection, processing, storage, and reporting of data related to technology and platforms that advance the overall skilling strategy.
    • Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards to provide insights into skilling metrics, performance, and outcomes.
  • Skilling Solutions Project Management:
    • Oversee projects related to skilling tool integration and data intelligence.
    • Ensure timely delivery and alignment of outcomes with organizational goals.
  • Training, Documentation, and Dissemination:
    • Create training materials and documentation for end-users to facilitate the effective use of integrated tools and platforms.
    • Strategically design and implement a communications plan to share skilling tech enablement updates with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for improving integration processes and data visualization techniques. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$90,000.00 - $203,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.  The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.  Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
