You'll play a key role in implementing systematic processes, managing CRM operations, and supporting client communication initiatives. Working closely with an ambitious real estate professional, you'll help transform their business operations from reactive to proactive, building the organizational infrastructure that will drive future growth. This role offers the perfect blend of administrative excellence and strategic system development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both detailed execution and process improvement.
Manage and optimize the Wise Agent CRM system to maintain accurate client databases and transaction records
Provide comprehensive calendar management including tracking critical real estate dates such as condition days, possession days, and closing deadlines
Create and distribute bi-weekly newsletters through the CRM to segmented client groups including local clients, investors, and other categorized contacts
Support general administrative tasks that enhance business organization and operational efficiency
Assist in developing and maintaining automated drip campaigns within the CRM system to nurture client relationships
Previous virtual assistant experience with strong preference for real estate industry background
Demonstrated proficiency with CRM systems and understanding of real estate transaction workflows
Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage complex calendars and multiple deadlines
Outstanding communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
Comfort working with Canadian clients and familiarity with real estate terminology and processes
