Job description

Lovelytics is a Databricks-focused data and AI consulting firm specializing in artificial intelligence, data, and analytics solutions. Since partnering with Databricks in 2019, Lovelytics has experienced exponential growth, growing from 50 people to over 340 over the past 3 years. Lovelytics is a trusted partner for many of the most high-profile enterprise clients in Media & Entertainment, Manufacturing, Retail & CPG, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Financial Services.

We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to help scale our team during a period of exciting growth. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles, from sourcing to offer, while also helping us refine our processes, candidate experience, and employer brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, wants to build strong hiring partnerships, and is eager to grow into a leadership role as our hiring needs expand.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruiting for Lovelytics roles, primarily technical client facing positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, coordination, feedback, and offers

  • Build strong relationships with our Service Line Leads and Resource Manager to understand team needs and provide consultative support

  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, networks, and creative channels

  • Manage pipeline progress through our ATS (JazzHR) with clean and timely data tracking

  • Partner with People Ops on onboarding alignment and new hire transitions

  • Improve interview processes and candidate experience through structured feedback, interviewer training, and timely communication

  • Support employer branding initiatives including content, events, and social presence

  • Collaborate on early talent programs, diversity hiring efforts, and internship cycles

  • Contribute to recruiting metrics and insights reporting for leadership

  • Help define and document recruiting best practices as the foundation for a scalable TA function

  • Demonstrate potential to step into a leadership role as team and hiring volume grow

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth consulting environment, responsible for end to end hiring

  • Strong sourcing, pipeline building, and candidate engagement skills across platforms

  • Comfortable managing multiple searches and priorities independently, familiarity with data related roles

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset

  • Passionate about candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices

  • Experience with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or JazzHR)

  • Interest in growing into a leadership role and mentoring junior recruiters in the future
