Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Digital Solutions Senior Manager to be located in Rocky Hill, CT for a remote work opportunity.  

The responsibilities of this role include, but may not be limited to, the following:

  • Plans and directs the practice for an operational unit, department, or specialty. 
  • Ensures, directly and through subordinates, that projects are completed on time and to company standards.
  • Provides periodic progress reports to senior management. 
  • This is a higher-level manager. Position requires extensive progressive experience.
  • Has financial and project management responsibilities for the project.
  • Responsible for the creation of work plans and task definitions, oversees data collection and develops solutions to business/client problems with a focus on financial analysis and improvement. 
  • Provides solutions to business/client challenges developed from a foundation of understanding or analysis of business practices and goals. 
  • Leads/mentors team of consultants and/or other staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS in Engineering discipline plus 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership
  • PE license 
  • Previous DOT experience 
  • Experience using CAD/BIM modeling software
  • Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering desired
  • 12 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership
  • Previous CTDOT experience is desired
  • Connecticut PE license preferred
