  • Develop detailed project plans and manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate effectively across internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer success, while evangelizing ServiceNow university.

Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

  • Lead a dynamic team of ServiceNow Training Sales Associates 
  • Directly support the global sales team across the end-to-end training sales cycle for our customers and partners. Interface with serviceNow Customers. 
  • Review requests for Order Forms for accuracy and completeness 
  • Develop detailed project plans and manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously. 
  • Communicate effectively across multiple internal teams to include sales, sales operations, expert services, partners and customer success. 
  • Evangelise Servicenow university externally & with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 5 plus years in a leadership role (preferably, sales and  consulting with enterprise-level customers. Or something similar
  • Located in Hyderabad, India (office)   
  • Able to read/write English  
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel  
  • Experience with a CRM system  
  • Has been in a role supporting Sales Reps and Sales Territories  
  • Strong listening, analytic and organizational skills  
  • Ability to prioritize to meet business needs  
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal  
  • Team Player with a positive attitude, ready to work in a fast-paced environment
