Job Description

Forvis Mazars' Group and HQ teams are composed of an international population of about 200 business leaders and support function staff (Communication & Marketing, Finance, HR, Quality, Legal, ERM, ...), predominantly based in Paris, London and other major European cities.

We are looking for a Junior International HR Business Partner to manage the entire life cycle of the Group staff. Responding to the Group HR Business Partner, you will be part of and supported by a lean and international Group HR team based in Paris and experts in talent acquisition, international mobility, people development and learning.

The ideal candidate will be an internationally-minded, bilingual (French/English) and business-oriented HR professional. As an HR Generalist, you will help managing the onboarding and career development of the Group and HQ population as well as Comp & Ben and contractual matters.

Working closely with the Group HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the following areas of the staff HR life-cycle:

 

  • Facilitating recruitment and employment contracts (both with the help of experts) and onboarding of new hires;
  • Management of the annual appraisal process;
  • Coaching staff in questions of career development;
  • Managing Comp & Ben, including annual pay increase and bonus;
  • Dealing with contractual matters, including staff exits.

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile HR professional with between 4 and 6 years’ experience in an international environment and proven competences in staff evaluation and development processes, Compensation & Benefits as well as contractual matters and (French) labor law.
