Job description

Hours: Night shift (40 hours/week)


Are you a qualified accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction and real estate transactions, fluent in English, and proficient in QuickBooks? Join our American real estate and construction company and manage accounting from the comfort of your home!

Key Responsibilities:


- Record daily transactions and update ledgers specific to real estate and construction projects
- Conduct financial analysis and track client expenses related to project budgets
- Manage accounts payable and receivable for real estate transactions, including property sales and leases
- Assist in preparing financial statements for real estate assets and construction projects
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and accounting standards
- Manage bank transfers, schedule payments, and handle escrow accounts
- Monitor budgets and prepare expenditure reports specific to construction projects
- Assist with audits and fact-checking related to real estate transactions
- Collaborate with project managers to analyze financial performance and forecasts

Qualifications:


- Degree in Accounting (Associate, BA, or MA); CMA is a plus
- 4 years of experience as an Accounting Specialist for US clients
- Strong command of American English
- Commitment to a long-term partnership with the client.
- Must be comfortable with meetings and being on camera
- Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software
