SUMMARY
The Treasury and Commercial Payments Program Manager ensures compliance with all company and Treasury Solutions & Commercial Payments departmental policies and procedures, provides direction, and performs key duties, including but not limited to, project management, process definition and development, and operational efficiencies. This position will work in collaboration with the Treasury Solutions and Commercial Payments Line of Business in the ongoing development, implementation, and management of Commercial Payments products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains and improves the Treasury Solutions and Commercial Payments line of business by monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improvements, and developing action plans for resolution while driving productivity, quality, and high service standards across the division.
- Provides expert subject-matter expert (SME) advice and guidance for Treasury Solutions and Commercial Payments line of business on initiatives driven by bank partners to ensure related impacts align with the bank’s commitment to operational integrity, risk mitigation, and delivering a positive employee and customer experience.
- Oversees the design, development, implementation, utilization, documentation, and support of Commercial Payments products, systems, and programs utilized by the division.
- Creates and manages project plans and business cases, including scoping the project, identifying key dependencies, vendors, and systems, performing product analysis, financial reviews, and assessments.
- Evaluates and enhances actively sold and serviced Commercial Payments products, identifying opportunities for revenue enhancements, tracking profitability, and managing changes to assigned products to include evaluating the impact of regulatory changes, risk assessments, incorporating bank initiatives, and customer needs analysis on new and/or enhanced products and services.
- Utilizes customer feedback, customer and industry surveys, employee input, and analysis of competitive products and services.
- Utilizes project management skills to define, scope, and lead projects related to business growth, system integrations, enhancements, conversions, and process improvements.
- Acts as business lead for Commercial Payments products related to bank initiatives, including acquisitions and mergers.
- Ensures operational compliance with all related regulations.
- Reviews operating practices and procedures, implements processes to increase service quality, reduces risk, and establishes or improves internal controls.
- Partners with vendors to effectively address operational business requirements and ensure vendors meet service level objectives.
- Fosters various avenues of communication across the department to ensure employees remain informed, connected to the bank's strategy, and have an outlet for conveying questions and innovative ideas.
- Represents the bank in audits and examinations in all areas of responsibility and, as needed, responds to requests for information from designated departments or agencies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 4-6 years related industry experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The anticipated pay range for this position is $67,780 to $105,270 per year (in CO & WA) and $61,700 to $95,700 per year in MN, and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location. Additionally, this role is eligible to receive annual discretionary cash bonuses. Benefits available for this position include, but are not limited to, medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability benefits and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, employee assistance program, 401(k), Paid Time Off (new hires accrue at .069 per hours worked which equates to approximately 18 days per year inclusive of paid sick time) and up to 11 paid Federal holidays.
