Temporary position for 2 months
As the Support Coordinator, Education Team, you’ll coordinate the activities of our team of group retirement savings educators. You’ll play a key role in planning, monitoring and optimizing our initiatives across the country. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external partners. You’ll also track performance indicators and identify areas for improvement. Your ability to effectively manage multiple priorities will be put to good use! More specifically, you’ll be required to:
Help plan and assign work based on priorities
Plan, manage and update work schedules to ensure that operations run smoothly and at expected performance levels
Serve as a resource person for sector employees and provide the support they need to carry out their work
Closely monitor deadlines for activities and make adjustments as needed to improve productivity and the quality of service for members and clients
Participate in administrative activities to support the manager
Help resolve complaints and dissatisfaction
Produce and analyze various reports (e.g., dashboard, performance metrics and sector objectives)
Ensure that transactions and operations are secure and comply with policies, practices and standards

What you bring to the table
College diploma in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
