Job Title: Recruitment Consultant (Insurance/Adjusting Specialist)
Location: Fully Remote (South Africa-based, UK hours)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (UK time)

Our client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant (Insurance/Adjusting Specialist) to join their vibrant, growing team. This role is ideal for a 180 recruiter with a strong background in insurance or adjusting recruitment—someone who lives and breathes candidate sourcing, screening, and placement, and is ready to make an impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source Exceptional Talent: Use LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, job boards, headhunting techniques, and an extensive candidate database to find top-tier professionals in the insurance and adjusting space.

  • Manage the Candidate Journey: Conduct in-depth screening interviews, manage expectations, and edit CVs to present polished, top-quality submissions to clients.

  • Stay Ahead of the Market: Research industry trends, maintain pulse on competitors, and provide market insights to candidates and clients alike.

  • Coordinate Seamless Interviews: Organise and manage interview processes, feedback, and offer negotiations, delivering a 5-star experience every time.



Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment (insurance or adjusting sector strongly preferred)

  • Proven track record of consistent placements and managing high-quality candidate pipelines

  • Tech-savvy: confident in using Google Suite, CRMs, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, CV Library

  • Strong communication skills and a professional, confident approach to candidate interaction

  • Able to deliver 2–3 excellent CVs per day, aiming for 1–2 placements monthly (3+ at the next level)
