Job Description

In this position, you’ll qualify and nurture valuable leads while working with a global team of sales professionals. You’ll play a crucial role in the company’s growth by managing inbound inquiries, qualifying prospects, and ensuring seamless handoff to specialized sales teams.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate incoming leads through Zoho CRM platform
  • Conduct initial consultation calls with potential clients to understand their requirements
  • Qualify and categorize leads based on project type (permanent installations vs. rentals)
  • Schedule follow-up calls and maintain consistent communication with prospects
  • Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales specialists
  • Document all interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
  • Perform follow-up activities to ensure lead progression
  • Coordinate with international sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Maintain high standards of professional communication and customer service



Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales or lead qualification experience, preferably in hardware/electronics industry
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand and discuss LED display technology
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Zoho
  • Proven track record of professional customer interaction
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with a global team
  • Must be available to work full-time during Pacific Standard Time business hours
  • Professional home office setup with reliable internet connection
  • Background in hardware sales or electronic equipment preferred
