Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Channel Sales Development Manager to drive the sale of our IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services. This role will focus on developing and managing relationships with IT Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), IT Value Added Resellers (VARs), and IT Lifecycle Services hubs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry and experience in channel sales. The Channel Sales Development Manager will report directly to the Sr. VP of Business Development.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage potential channel partners (IT OEMs, VARs, IT Lifecycle Services hubs)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations
  • Create curated content with our marketing team to attract new partners
  • Develop and maintain offering documentation and execution strategy with internal stakeholders from operations and account management
  • Develop and maintain a legal framework with our legal team to formally onboard and maintain channel partners
  • Present and demonstrate ITAD services to potential partners
  • Negotiate and close agreements with new partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for partners
  • Track and report on channel sales performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in channel sales within the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of IT asset management and ITAD services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to travel as needed
