We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who’s not just comfortable with data—but obsessed with uncovering stories in the numbers. You’ll be at the heart of our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) engine, shaping strategies with insights that drive real impact for global B2B brands.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own data strategy across multiple ABM accounts using Terminus, DemandScience, Propensity, Hubspot, and Salesforce
  • Monitor campaign performance, lead scoring, pipeline contribution, and ROI
  • Build dashboards and visualizations that answer real marketing questions—not just vanity metrics
  • Partner with client-facing teams to influence campaign targeting and budget decisions
  • Identify inefficiencies in funnel performance and recommend optimizations
  • Bring clarity to chaos: consolidate, clean, and standardize data across sources

  • Stay ahead of trends in B2B analytics, marketing operations, and ABM tools

Requirements

You Might Be the One If You Have:
  • 3–5+ years experience in a marketing analytics or data analyst role

  • ABM experience a must

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Terminus, Propensity, and DemandScience (or similar ABM tools)

  • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills, and experience with BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
  • A strategic mindset—comfortable speaking the language of both marketers and data scientists
  • A love for making complex data simple, visual, and actionable

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

  • Bonus: agency or fast-paced marketing environment experience
