In this role, you’ll respond to inbound leads, guide potential customers through the qualification process, and help turn interest into opportunity. Your goal is to deliver a standout first impression and build trust from the very first touchpoint.

Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualify leads using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
Educate prospects on our solutions and address early objections
Schedule calls, demos, or consultations with Account Executives as needed
Maintain clean CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot) and ensure accurate handoffs
Hit key metrics related to lead conversion, engagement, and responsiveness
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve messaging and process
Share trends and common objections to help refine sales positioning
2+ years in inbound sales, customer support, or a similar call-focused role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using CRMs and call software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Self-starter mindset with excellent time management
Availability during core U.S. business hours (EST–PST)
Experience in high-volume, high-velocity sales environments
Familiarity with lead scoring and sales automation tools
Background in SaaS or consultative B2B sales
