WHAT WE DO

ActivateWork’s mission is to transform lives by training, launching, and coaching the next generation of technology stars. Traditional hiring processes leave valuable talent out. We help employers solve talent gaps by finding promising candidates in underrepresented communities and preparing them to excel in new careers. Our 15-week tech bootcamps prepare learners for promising careers in software engineering, IT support and entry level roles in tech and cyber.

The Tech Talent Partnership is a separate workforce intermediary that is being incubated by ActivateWork. ActivateWork saw a need to improve the tech talent ecosystem in Colorado and created the Tech Talent Partnership, which is funded through Opportunity Now. The Tech Talent Partnership serves the needs of the industry steering committee, comprised of 27 and counting C-level tech leaders, who are collectively working to address skill gaps in Colorado’s talent pipelines to entry level roles in Cybersecurity.
