Executive, Administrative Assistant

Seeking a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the non-profit and health sectors in low and middle-income countries? Solvoz, a digital startup based in The Hague, seeks an exceptional individual to join our team as an Executive , Administrative Assistant.


About Solvoz:

Solvoz is an  online platform, a digital organisation, and a startup, dedicated to supporting the non-profit and health sectors in low and middle-income countries. We support and empower organizations to procure professionally and foster transparency and integrity, we aim to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and responsibility within the sector. At Solvoz, we envision a future where local responders are empowered, aid activities are localised, and resources are optimised to make a greater impact.


Responsibilities of administrative support for the organisation:
  • Maintaining and updating Solvoz’s CRM system (ZOHO)
  • Assisting the CEO, Sales officers and others in the organisation with tasks such as email follow-ups, support in preparing information decks and leaflets, and managing documents.
  • Support and taking up sales and customer outreach tasks
  • Follow up information requests from website and manage mailbox , assign requests to appropriate persons within the organisation
  • Managing calendars and scheduling internal and external meetings.
  • Follow up on requests from social media posts and interactions.
  • Taking minutes during MT meetings and managing/updating decision and action lists.

Potential future tasks:
  • Representing Solvoz externally and acting as a point of contact for clients and prospects.
  • Occasionally organising travel arrangements (currently limited).
  • Handling ad hoc projects and potential HR support tasks in the future.
  • Manage an e-learning environment

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Organized and proactive mentality
  • Fluent in English (both verbally and in writing), with excellent message-taking and delivery skills (other languages would be nice too) .
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, including personal communication.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
  • Adaptability in communication to cater to diverse audiences to contribute to Solvoz's growth.
  • It is considered a pre if you have experience in sales and/or customer success roles.


If you are passionate about making a difference and ready to support Solvoz’s team , we invite you to join our team. You will work from home on a freelance basis, initially 2 or 3 days a week with potential to grow. If based in the surroundings of Den Haag, potentially 1 days per week with the team or colleague in an office.
